TIps Menghilangkan Komedo

Mungkin masalah yang satu ini semua orang pasti pernah mengalaminya, yaitu komedo. Saya akan memberikan sedikit tips cara menghilangkan komedo, Tapi sebelumnya ada baiknya kalau kita mengetahui apa komedo itu.

Komedo adalah Kotoran penyumbat pori-pori ini berbentuk kecil, berwarna hitam atau putih. Dengan komedo, wajah halus terlihat kotor dan kusam. Komedo muncul akibat terjadinya penumpukan minyak berlebih (sebum), serta sel kulit mati. Saat membersihkan wajah, komedo sering terabaikan.Ada dua jenis komedo:

1. Blackhead (komedo terbuka), tampak seperti pori-pori yang membesar dan menghitam. Komedo ini berwarna kehitaman karena teroksidasi oleh udara.

2. Whitehead (komedo tertutup), berada di balik lapisan kulit ari yang tersumbat kotoran dan lemak, tampak seperti benjolan kecil-kecil di bawah kulit.

Biasanya, komedo muncul di area T (dahi, hidung, dan dagu), juga di bawah mata dan pipi. Jangan menghilangkan komedo dengan cara memencetnya, karena malah akan merangsangnya menjadi jerawat bernanah yang akan memperparah kondisi wajah, bahkan bisa menyebabkan infeksi.

Agar komedo hilang:

1. Kenali jenis kulit. Biasanya, komedo mudah muncul pada kulit wajah berminyak. Dengan mengenali jenis kulit, Anda bisa lebih mudah memilih produk pembersih wajah yang sesuai.

2. Pilih pembersih yang tepat, yang dapat membuat kulit wajah benar-benar bersih, segar, dan kenyal. Beri toleransi waktu sebulan untuk mengetes efektivitas pembersih yang Anda gunakan.
